Πολιτική πληρωμής & ακύρωσης

1. Introduction

This Payments & Cancellation Policy governs all bookings, deposits, cancellations, refunds and payment terms for services provided by Sea Dreamers through our website seadreamers.gr, email, phone or in-person arrangements.

This policy applies to:

• Private boat tour and cruise reservations
• Special event charters
• Any paid services we provide

Please read this document carefully before making a booking.

2. Prices

All prices shown on the website or provided in offers:

• Are in Euros (€)
• Include any applicable VAT
• Do not include optional extras unless specified in writing (e.g., transfers, special services, catering, taxes, marina fees, fuel supplement, crew gratuity)

Prices may change without prior notice until a booking is confirmed.

3. Booking Confirmation & Deposit

To secure a reservation, the following applies:

Για την επιβεβαίωση της κράτησής σας απαιτείται προκαταβολή 50% (μέσω τραπεζικού εμβάσματος ή ασφαλούς συνδέσμου πληρωμής).

Once the deposit is received, we send a written confirmation with itinerary and booking details.

Το υπόλοιπο ποσό των 50% οφείλεται κατά την άφιξη στο πλοίο.

4. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following forms of payment:

• Bank transfer
• Credit/Debit card (Visa, Mastercard)
• Online payment links where applicable

All bank charges, currency conversion fees and transaction fees are the responsibility of the guest.

5. Cancellation by You (Guest)

In the occasion of cancellation by the Charterer, the following will be applied:

1.Εάν η κράτηση ακυρωθεί 5-15 ημέρες πριν από την επιβίβαση, τότε ο ναυλωτής θα χρεωθεί με ακυρωτικά τέλη που ανέρχονται σε 30% της τιμής του ναύλου.

2.Εάν η κράτηση ακυρωθεί 5-2 ημέρες πριν από την επιβίβαση, τότε ο ναυλωτής θα χρεωθεί με ακυρωτικά τέλη που ανέρχονται σε 50% της τιμής του ναύλου.

3.Εάν η κράτηση ακυρωθεί 2-0 ημέρες πριν από την επιβίβαση, τότε ο ναυλωτής θα χρεωθεί με ακυρωτικά τέλη που ανέρχονται σε 100% της τιμής του ναύλου.

Σε περίπτωση ακύρωσης της κράτησης λόγω καιρικών συνθηκών, ισχύουν τα ακόλουθα:

1.Στον ναυλωτή μπορεί να επιστραφεί το ποσό 100%.
2.Ο ναυλωτής μπορεί να αναβάλει το ταξίδι, ανάλογα με τη διαθεσιμότητα του σκάφους.

6. Changes by You

If you request changes to the itinerary or dates:

• Changes are subject to boat availability
• Change requests submitted more than 15 days before the charter have no penalty
• Changes submitted within 15 days may incur fees or be treated as a cancellation

All change requests must be sent in writing (email).

7. Cancellation by Us (Operator)

We reserve the right to cancel a confirmed booking due to:

• Severe weather or unsafe conditions
• Boat unavailability due to mechanical or technical issues
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, port closures, government restrictions)

If cancellation is due to operator fault (excluding force majeure), we will offer a full refund or re-scheduling on available dates.

We are not liable for additional guest expenses (such as flights, hotels, transfers) unless agreed in writing. Our aim is to ensure your satisfaction and provide flexibility in such circumstances.

8. Refunds

Refunds, if applicable, will be issued:

• To the original method of payment
• Within 14 business days after confirmation of cancellation

Please allow additional time for bank processing.

9. No-Shows

If guests fail to arrive at the scheduled time of embarkation without prior notice:

• No refunds will be issued
• The full charter price remains due

10. Special Events, Holidays & Peak Season

During holidays and peak periods (e.g., July, August, Greek public holidays):

• Different cancellation terms may apply
• Any special terms will be communicated in writing before booking

11. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering:

• Cancellation fees
• Medical emergencies
• Lost or delayed luggage
• Weather disruption

Insurance costs are the responsibility of the guest.

12. Liability & Responsibility

By making a booking, you confirm:

• You have the legal authority to agree to this policy
• You accept responsibility for your personal and travel arrangements
• You agree that Sea Dreamers is not liable for indirect losses (e.g., travel costs not booked through us)

13. Governing Law

This policy shall be governed by the laws of Greece and any disputes will be resolved under Greek jurisdiction.
