Im Falle einer Stornierung durch den Charterer gelten die folgenden Bestimmungen:
1. wenn die Buchung 5-15 Tage vor der Einschiffung storniert wird, wird dem Charterer eine Stornogebühr in Höhe von 30% des Charterpreises berechnet.
2. wenn die Buchung 5-2 Tage vor der Einschiffung storniert wird, wird dem Charterer eine Stornogebühr in Höhe von 50% des Charterpreises berechnet.
3. wenn die Buchung 2-0 Tage vor der Einschiffung storniert wird, wird dem Charterer eine Stornogebühr in Höhe von 100% des Charterpreises berechnet.
Sollte die Buchung aufgrund der Witterungsbedingungen storniert werden, gelten die folgenden Bedingungen:
1. 100% können dem Charterer zurückerstattet werden.
(2) Der Charterer kann die Reise je nach Verfügbarkeit des Bootes verschieben.

Wir wissen, dass unvorhergesehene Wetterbedingungen Ihre geplante Reise beeinträchtigen können. Wenn wir aufgrund von schlechtem Wetter die Tour nicht durchführen können, bieten wir Ihnen zwei Möglichkeiten an, die Sie nutzen können. Sie haben die Wahl:
- um eine vollständige Rückerstattung zu erhalten.
- Oder verschieben Sie Ihre Reise auf einen anderen Tag, der in Ihren Zeitplan passt.
