Meet the Passion IV: Our New Fairline Targa 43 Flagship

Some additions to a fleet are incremental. This one is not. This season the Passion IV joined SeaDreamers — a 14.5-metre Fairline Targa 43, the largest and most capable boat we have ever run — and it changes what a day on the water out of Corfu can look like. Here is a proper introduction: what she is, what she carries, and which days she was made for.

The boat, in plain numbers

The Fairline Targa 43 “Passion IV” is a British-built sports yacht from a yard with a fifty-year reputation for exactly this type of boat. The figures that matter on a charter day:

  • 14.5 metres long with a 3.9-metre beam — genuine space, not brochure space
  • Up to 10 guests plus 2 crew, so a full group sails with full service
  • Twin Volvo 500hp engines with bow thruster — effortless cruising and graceful harbour manners
  • Two cabins below deck, which quietly unlocks something new for us: proper multi-day itineraries
  • Built in 2020, with modern navigation — GPS plotter, autopilot, electric windlass

What she changes in practice

Until now, larger groups on our yachts traded a little space for the comfort; ten guests fit, but the deck worked hard. The Targa 43 removes the trade. There is room to spread out at anchor — sunpads forward, a generous cockpit aft, shade when you want it and none when you do not — and the saloon below means the midday sun is optional rather than mandatory. For families with grandparents aboard, or a group celebrating something worth dressing up for, that difference is the whole game.

And then there are the two cabins. A night anchored off Lakka with dinner in the village and coffee on deck at sunrise stopped being a fantasy we politely redirected and became a booking we can take. If a floating weekend in the Ionian has ever crossed your mind, this is the boat to ask about.

The routes she was made for

Everything in the SeaDreamers programme is available on the Passion IV, but three days suit her especially well:

  • Paxos și Antipaxos — the crossing becomes part of the pleasure rather than the price of admission, and arriving in Gaios harbour aboard her is an event in itself.
  • Sivota and the Blue Lagoon — a long day with plenty of anchor time, which is exactly where the deck space earns its keep. Our Sivota guide covers the route.
  • The Albanian Riviera — the longest crossing we offer, transformed by a yacht built for open water. Sarandë’s waterfront makes a fitting backdrop for her.

Day charters aboard the Passion IV start from €1,100 depending on the route; the full picture across the fleet is in our 2026 price guide, and as always the price is per boat, with skipper and fuel included.

Where she fits in the fleet

The Passion IV does not replace anything — she completes the range. The two Viper RIBs remain the fast, agile choice for cave-hunting and covering distance; the Magna 35C carries big groups with the wind in their hair; the Marex and the Sea Ray Sundancer hold the comfortable middle ground. The Targa 43 takes the top slot: the boat for the occasion days, the full-group days, and now the more-than-one-day days. If you are unsure which fits your plans, tell us about the group and we will recommend honestly — matching people to boats is most of what we do.

Frequently asked questions

How many people can charter the Passion IV?

Up to ten guests, with two crew aboard. The price is per boat, not per person.

Can we book overnight or multi-day trips?

Yes — the two cabins make overnight itineraries possible for the first time in our fleet. Multi-day charters are quoted individually around your route.

What does a day aboard cost?

From €1,100 depending on the route, all-inclusive: skipper, fuel, snorkelling gear, towels and refreshments. Sunset evenings price lower, long crossings higher.

Is she suitable for a proposal or anniversary?

She was practically designed for them. Tell us the occasion when you book and we will set the stage — champagne, timing, the right anchorage.

The Passion IV sails from Marina Gouvia all season. See her full specification — or better, put a date on her calendar.
