¿Cuál es el punto de partida?
Nuestra flota está atracada en el puerto deportivo privado de Gouvia, en Corfú. El barco estará en el muelle "J" (Julieta) en la posición 17. Nuestras oficinas se encuentran en la entrada de la Marina.
¿Ofrecen servicios de transporte privado hasta el punto de partida?
Si desea ser transportado desde el lugar donde se aloja hasta el puerto deportivo de Gouvia en minivan privada, háganoslo saber al menos 5 días antes de su viaje.
¿Tenemos que llevar equipo?
Se recomienda llevar gafas de sol, sombrero, crema solar y ropa seca.
¿Hay algo más que debamos saber antes de embarcar?
- Los pasajeros deben descalzarse antes de embarcar.
- En caso de hijos menores, indíquenos su número y edad
- Todos los pasajeros deben respetar las instrucciones de seguridad del capitán.
¿Podemos amarrar en la playa que queramos?
Según la legislación griega, todos los yates y barcos de Grecia no pueden atracar directamente en la playa. Hemos seleccionado los mejores puntos para nadar y bucear, lo más cerca posible de la playa.
¿Cuál es su política de cancelación?
En caso de cancelación por parte del Fletador, se aplicará lo siguiente:
1.Si la reserva se cancela entre 5 y 15 días antes del embarque, se cobrará al fletador una tasa de cancelación que asciende a 30% del precio del chárter.
2.Si la reserva se cancela entre 5 y 2 días antes del embarque, se cobrará al fletador una tasa de cancelación que asciende a 50% del precio del chárter.
3.Si la reserva se cancela 2-0 días antes del embarque, se cobrará al fletador una tasa de cancelación que asciende a 100% del precio del chárter.
En caso de anulación de la reserva por causas meteorológicas, se aplicarán las siguientes tarifas:
1.El fletador puede ser reembolsado 100%.
2.El fletador puede reprogramar el viaje en función de la disponibilidad de la embarcación.
¿Qué medidas se tomarán si las condiciones meteorológicas adversas nos impiden continuar con el viaje?
Entendemos que las condiciones meteorológicas imprevistas pueden afectar a su viaje previsto. Si, debido a las inclemencias del tiempo, no podemos continuar con el viaje, le ofrecemos dos opciones para su comodidad. Usted puede elegir:
- para recibir un reembolso completo.
- o, alternativamente, reprograme su viaje para otro día disponible que se adapte a su horario.
Nuestro objetivo es garantizar su satisfacción y ofrecer flexibilidad en tales circunstancias.
