Payments

A 50% deposit (via wire transfer or secure payment link) is required to confirm your reservation.

The remaining 50% balance is due upon arrival on board.

Accepted payment methods:

– Credit Card
– Debit Card

Cancellation – Refunds

We would like to kindly inform you that you have the option to cancel your reservation up to 2 days prior to the scheduled date. 

In such cases, we would be happy to refund the full amount of your advance payment. 

However, please note that any cancellations made after this timeframe would result in the forfeiture of your full payment.

Unforseen Conditions

We understand that unforeseen weather conditions can impact your planned trip. If, due to inclement weather, we are unable to proceed with the tour, we offer two options for your convenience. You have the choice: 

1. to receive a full refund of your deposit
2. or, alternatively, reschedule your trip to another available day that suits your schedule. 

Our aim is to ensure your satisfaction and provide flexibility in such circumstances.
