Accepted Payment Methods<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We accept the following forms of payment:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bank transfer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Credit\/Debit card (Visa, Mastercard)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Online payment links where applicable<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All bank charges, currency conversion fees and transaction fees are the responsibility of the guest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Cancellation by You (Guest)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-9LQxON8IWs\" class=\"wp-block-nectar-blocks-text nectar-blocks-text\">In the occasion of cancellation by the Charterer, the following will be applied:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-GSl12MGp3f\" class=\"wp-block-nectar-blocks-text nectar-blocks-text\"><strong>1<\/strong>.If the booking is cancelled 5-15 days before embarkation, then the Charterer will be charged with a cancellation fee that comes up to 30% of the Charter price.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-jbC96wfksk\" class=\"wp-block-nectar-blocks-text nectar-blocks-text\"><strong>2.<\/strong>If the booking is cancelled 5-2 days before embarkation, then the Charterer will be charged with a cancellation fee that comes up to 50% of the Charter price.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-M7feTVRwAW\" class=\"wp-block-nectar-blocks-text nectar-blocks-text\"><strong>3.<\/strong>If the booking is cancelled 2-0 days before embarkation, then the Charterer will be charged with a cancellation fee that comes up to 100% of the Charter price.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-17YCGsjjgZ\" class=\"wp-block-nectar-blocks-text nectar-blocks-text\">In the occasion that the booking is cancelled due to weather conditions, the following will be applied:<br><br><strong>1.<\/strong>The Charterer can be refunded 100%.<br><strong>2.<\/strong>The charterer can reschedule the trip, depending on the availability of the boat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Changes by You<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you request changes to the itinerary or dates:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Changes are subject to boat availability<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Change requests submitted more than 15 days before the charter have no penalty<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Changes submitted within 15 days may incur fees or be treated as a cancellation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All change requests must be sent in writing (email).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Cancellation by Us (Operator)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We reserve the right to cancel a confirmed booking due to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Severe weather or unsafe conditions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Boat unavailability due to mechanical or technical issues<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Force majeure events (natural disasters, port closures, government restrictions)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If cancellation is due to operator fault (excluding force majeure), we will offer a full refund or re-scheduling on available dates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We are not liable for additional guest expenses (such as flights, hotels, transfers) unless agreed in writing. Our aim is to ensure your satisfaction and provide flexibility in such circumstances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Refunds<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Refunds, if applicable, will be issued:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To the original method of payment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Within 14 business days after confirmation of cancellation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please allow additional time for bank processing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. No-Shows<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If guests fail to arrive at the scheduled time of embarkation without prior notice:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>No refunds will be issued<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The full charter price remains due<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Special Events, Holidays &amp; Peak Season<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During holidays and peak periods (e.g., July, August, Greek public holidays):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Different cancellation terms may apply<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any special terms will be communicated in writing before booking<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11. Travel Insurance<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cancellation fees<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Medical emergencies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lost or delayed luggage<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Weather disruption<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Insurance costs are the responsibility of the guest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">12.
