Itinerary Overview
09:30 – Departure from Hotel Pier
Guests are picked up directly from the hotel’s pier by private boat for a scenic sea transfer to Sagiada.
10:15 – Arrival at Sagiada Port & Transfer by MiniVan
Upon arrival, guests are welcomed by their private driver and transferred in comfort with a luxury MiniVan (Mercedes V-Class).
10:50 – Visit to Butrint Archaeological Site
Guests explore the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Butrint, an ancient city with a rich blend of Greek, Roman, Byzantine, and Venetian influences.
Enjoy a one-hour tour of the site and a short coffee break before continuing.
Transfer time to next stop: approx. 10 minutes
12:00 – Arrival at Ksamil Village
Ksamil is a stunning seaside village known for its white sand beaches and turquoise waters.
Guests have 1.5 hours to enjoy a swim, relax by the beach, or enjoy a coffee at a local café.
Transfer to next stop: approx. 40 minutes
14:30 – Arrival at the Blue Eye (Syri i Kaltër)
The Blue Eye is a natural spring of extraordinary beauty, famous for its crystal-clear, deep blue waters bubbling from underground.
Guests can explore the natural surroundings, swim in the fresh waters, and enjoy a traditional Albanian lunch.
Stay duration: approx. 2 hours
16:30 – Departure from the Blue Eye to Sagiada
After a relaxing visit, the group returns to the Sagiada port by private van (approx. 1.5-hour drive).
18:00 – Return Sea Transfer from Sagiada to Hotel Pier
Guests board the private boat for the return journey, enjoying views of the Ionian Sea.

What are the payment methods?
A 50% deposit (via wire transfer or secure payment link) is required to confirm your reservation.
The remaining 50% balance is due upon arrival on board.

What is the departure point?
Our fleet is docked at the privately owned Gouvia Marina of Corfu. The boat will be at pier “J” (Juliet) in position 17. Our offices are located at the entrance of the Marina.
Do you offer private transport services to the departure point?
If you wish to be transported from where you are staying to the Gouvia marina by private minivan please let us know at least 5 days before your trip.
Should we bring any equipment?
It is recommended to have with you sunglasses, sunhat, sunscreen and dry clothes.
Is there anything else we should know before embarkation?
- Passengers have to remove their shoes before embarkation.
- In case of minor children, please let us know their number and age
- All passengers have to respect the captain’s safety instructions.
Can we moor on any beach we like?
According to Greek law, all yachts and boats in Greece cannot moor directly on the beach. We have selected the best points for swimming and snorkeling, the closest possible from the beach.
What is your cancellation policy?
In the occasion of cancelation by the Charterer, the following will be applied:
1.If the booking is cancelled 5-15 days before embarkation, then the Charterer will be charged with a cancellation fee that comes up to 30% of the Charter price.
2.If the booking is cancelled 5-2 days before embarkation, then the Charterer will be charged with a cancellation fee that comes up to 50% of the Charter price.
3.If the booking is cancelled 2-0 days before embarkation, then the Charterer will be charged with a cancellation fee that comes up to 100% of the Charter price.
In the occasion that the booking is cancelled due to weather conditions, the following will be applied:
1.The Charterer can be refunded 100%.
2.The charterer can reschedule the trip, depending on the availability of the boat.
What course of action will be taken if adverse weather conditions prevent us proceeding with the tour?
We understand that unforeseen weather conditions can impact your planned trip. If, due to inclement weather, we are unable to proceed with the tour, we offer two options for your convenience. You have the choice:
- to receive a full refund.
- or, alternatively, reschedule your trip to another available day that suits your schedule.
Our aim is to ensure your satisfaction and provide flexibility in such circumstances.
