Deposits, Cancellation, and Booking Terms

Booking a SeaDreamers charter is straightforward:

Deposit: A deposit of 30% secures your booking. The remainder is due 14 days before your charter date. For bookings made within 14 days of the charter, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Cancellation: Cancellations made more than 30 days before the charter date receive a full deposit refund. Between 14 and 30 days, the deposit is held as credit toward a future booking. Within 14 days, the deposit is non-refundable. Weather-related cancellations by SeaDreamers are fully refunded or rescheduled at no cost.

Weather policy: Your captain makes the final call on weather conditions. If the sea state is unsafe, the charter is postponed or cancelled with a full refund. If conditions are marginal, the route may be adjusted to calmer waters, and the charter proceeds with the guest’s agreement.
